BCWI surveys provide your organization with exceptional

The Employee Survey is made up of the following
elements:

Powerful Diagnostic Reporting. Three reports
detailing your employee responses are available for your organizational
analysis and strategic planning:

The Summary Report reflects your organization's employee satisfaction
levels.

The Benchmark Report contextualizes your employee survey by providing
comparisons relative to peer Christian organizations. In addition, it offers
invaluable commentary from your employees.

The Customized Comprehensive Report provides a detailed breakdown of
valuable information into eight demographic areas (age, job level, tenure,
gender, job status, ethnic background, geography and department) to help target
key workplace initiatives for your organization.

The Department/Region Report will enable department/region leaders to
engage in the improvement process by providing them with focused information
about their departmental attitudes and goals. The Department Report allows for
a "waterfall" design in which top management may examine the overall results
and then disseminate Department Reports at succeeding levels.
Please note that the Comprehensive and Department Reports, which
are an added cost, are most effective in organizations with above 50 employees.
To ensure employee confidentiality, only sub-categories with 5 or more
responses will be reported.
Feedback and Analysis. BCWI strives to aid you in
your organizational improvement.

The Teleconference. Upon receiving your reports, a one-hour
teleconference with a BCWI researcher/consultant will supply you with an
in-depth review of your survey results and assist you in utilizing your reports
for strategic planning.

Benchmarking. Taking the survey annually or bi-annually will assist you
in monitoring the transformation within your organization.
National and Local Press Coverage.
This survey honors Christian workplaces that demonstrate the best human
resource practices. Certified Best Christian Workplaces in the US will be
announced at the CLA Annual Conference in April and receive other media
coverage. In Canada, the Canadian Council of Christian Charities (CCCC) will
announce the recognized Best Christian Workplaces in Canada and issue a press
release to the media.
Best Christian Workplace Certification/Recognition.
The Best Christian Workplaces certification/recognition is a mark of
distinction for organizations that are well-run and are in accord with Biblical
principles. This recognition will be of interest to organization management,
prospective job applicants, investors, volunteers, and customers. As we are
called to mirror the excellence of our God, the Best Christian Workplace
Certification/recognition is an apt goal to which all Christian organizations
should aspire.
In order to qualify for certification/recognition, survey participants with a
staff of 10-500 must score an average of 4.0 or higher on the survey as a
whole. For organizations above 500 employees, the standard is based on size.
These larger organizations must have an average of 4.0-.05([s-500]/100), where
“s” is the number of staff in the participating organization, or higher on
their survey as a whole.
