Best Christian Workplaces Institute’s certification program is designed to help organizations with a Christian purpose improve their organizational effectiveness by identifying areas of strength and potential growth through a survey of employees. Participating organizations must attain a high level of employee commitment and engagement as compared to a national benchmark to be certified.
For those who do not qualify for certification, the consultation included in the price of the survey will contain action steps for improvement. Additionally, we offer personalized consulting, Best Practice Guides and other resources on our website to help every Christian organization become a workplace that glorifies God.
