360 Leadership Review

This highly flexible, multi-rater survey is designed to assist Christian organizations with leadership performance review and the communication process with its leadership team. Because we tailor each 360 Leadership Review to the specific job description of the leader in question, our review is great for leadership roles including, but not limited to, CEOs, Pastors and College Presidents. The primary goal is to encourage candid and honest communication. This report also establishes a quantitative baseline that will allow assessment of progress year to year, help develop strengths and developmental opportunities, and guide conversations with colleagues to ensure the leadership remains informed. This process also demonstrates your commitment to high quality governance processes.

Survey Design	After a discussion of project goals, an on-line survey instrument is designed based on any survey instruments you have used in previous years and/or Best Christian Workplaces’ previously developed 360 Leadership questionnaire.	Contact Al Lopus about pricing.	2 weeks
Survey Administration	You provide the list of e-mail addresses and categories of respondents and we administer the survey over a two week schedule.		2 weeks
Survey Reporting	Within two weeks of the completion of the survey, a report form is prepared combining a combination of the quantitative and qualitative information collected from the survey. Overall scores as well as the scores for each subgroup are presented along with a summary of the comments by question to protect confidentiality. Get a sample 360 Review Report		2 weeks
Survey Coaching	After the report has been produced, one of our consultants will lead your leadership team through the report in a 1 hour phone debriefing. This time also includes action planning advice to foster future growth.		2 weeks
