"Engage! Missionary Survey" -- Participation Fees

Participation fees are determined by the size of your organization.
With the participation fee, you will receive:

The Summary Report reflects your organization's employee satisfaction levels.

The Benchmark Report contextualizes your employee survey by providing comparisons relative to peer Christian organizations. In addition it provides invaluable commentary from your employees.

A one-hour Teleconference with a BCWI researcher/consultant will supply you with an in-depth review of your survey results and assist you in utilizing your reports for strategic planning.

Customized Comprehensive Report

The Customized Comprehensive Report provides a detailed breakdown of valuable information to help target key workplace initiatives for your organization. These reports are most effective in organizations with above 50 employees.

In this report, employee responses are broken into seven demographic categories: gender, age, postal code, education level, job level, tenure and department (customized for your organization).

To ensure employee confidentiality, only sub-categories with 5 or more responses will be reported.

Department Report

The Department Report will enable department leaders to engage in the improvement process by providing them with focused information about their departmental attitudes and goals. The Department Report allows for a "waterfall" design in which top management may examine the overall results and then disseminate Department Reports at succeeding levels.

The "Organization Report Package" offers the Department and Comprehensive Reports at a discounted cost.

To ensure employee confidentiality, only departments with 5 or more responses will be reported.
