Kathy capably fills the role of BCWI’s Program and Office Manager. Her objective is to work with each of the Best Christian Places to Work participants to ensure a positive experience between the time of registering to participate and the point at which awards are presented at the Christian Management Association Conference. Kathy has also been responsible for opening BCWI’s office and ongoing administrative management of the firm.

Kathy comes to BCWI with an established career in the banking industry. Holding positions of Vice President, Executive and Professional Lending Officer for several years with a large bank in Dallas, Kathy focused on meeting the financial needs of top attorneys and CPA’s and their firms. Kathy retired from banking to raise two wonderful daughters, the oldest of whom is a student at Seattle Pacific University.

As the Administrative Coordinator for the Community Bible Study (CBS) in Seattle, Kathy uses her gifts to serve others and has found CBS to be a rich environment to grow in her faith. Kathy is also a patron of the Arts.
