How many raters are required for each group (i.e. peer, direct report, board member, etc.)?

For reasons of confidentiality when grouping responses, you will need at least 4 raters in each group.

Who selects the raters?

It is usually a combination of the target plus the target’s manager and/or human resources.

What should we do with the results after the survey?

When you recieve the results from your survey you will also be provided with materials to direct you in action planning.
