360 Leadership Review Confidentiality

This survey is anonymous. Only the supervisor's comments can be identified as most people have only one supervisor. All other responses are grouped with a minimum of 4 raters, so they cannot be identified.

Further, the results will be viewed solely by BCWI, the target and management of the organization taking the survey. However, we encourage management to share the results (excluding responses to open-ended questions) with all employees.
